Finding the right people for your business can be tortuous and expensive. How do you attract the right talent for your business growth plans and keep them?  This video continues to use the Rainmaker as an example.  However, this isn’t so much about the recruitment process but your business and management set up for attracting and keeping talent.

 1. Use your Person Specification template to consider the personality type of your employee

2. Use the checklist to ensure your business offers the ideal candidate what they are looking for in the perfect job

3. Consider the remuneration package.  If you are considering commission or bonuses do make sure the business can afford it
