Twilight Hue (Tanka Tuesday + Blogtober #16)
Glorious gloaming,
Masks the darker undertone,
In the midst of night,
Meantime autumnal colours,
Blaze bright belying what’s next.
(Tanka)

Poem prompted by Colleen’s Tanka Tuesday Challenge. This week we’re to use Synonyms for Twilight and Hue. Click through on the link if you, too, would like to join in.

And it’s day 16 of October so I’m still linking to Christine The Saxophone Player’s Wife #Blogtober troupe, for encouragement!

What a beautiful sky… the gloaming is such a wonderful description. ❤
