Five Fair Dismissal Reasons
From time to time as a business you will need to lose some of your employees. There are five absolutely justifiable reasons for doing this. If your employee has less than 2 years service you must give them proper notice or remuneration in lieu of notice. If they have more than 2 years service you must also ensure you have followed your company policy and processes for discipline and dismissals AND recorded the outcome of all investigations.
