Exporting is not the easiest of growth strategies but there is plenty of support and depending on your business offer there could be some interesting opportunities with the growth of eCommerce Marketplaces.  So let’s have a look at the global map.

2. Do some secondary research to get a view on the industry structures, the culture, the competition and any key modifications you might need to address with your business offer.

3. If it looks financially viable at the top line, use the checklist to get further primary information to support your global business plan.

4. Then do some primary research to complete your assessment.
