Most organic business growth involves the founder of the business juggling the majority of the roles, doing some well and  … when finances prevailed outsourcing those that they could no longer fudge.

However, there comes a time when proper skills planning becomes essential for planned business growth.  Here are two tools that you may find useful when considering who you have in your business now and where they fit in the five phase business plan.
