Hertzberg’s Hygiene Factors
Hertzberg’s Hygiene Factors considers how important the working environment is to your employees satisfaction at work. The effects of poor working conditions, the tools and training to do the work are some key areas that managers can have an immediate effect on productivity. The Hygiene Factors when resolved don’t motivate employees to be more productive. The Motivators are significantly more personal.
