Fountain – (Weekly Decima Prompt & 6SS)
How sweet to while two hours away,
Quality time is never cheap.
Hustles and bustles seem to sweep,
Muscling into most of each day.
To brighten up a Paisley stay,
Sit peacefully in Fountain Park.
Clear water tinkles in an arc.
It trickles down the ornate feature,
Guarded by all kinds of creature …
Such change of pace doth make its mark.
(Decima)

Thank you, Pat. I did start writing this for a different 6SS back in June when I was up there, but it wouldn’t come together. This prompt was the nudge that I needed. 😇
