Kubler-Ross Change Curve

There are many incremental changes that occur in your business, most of which will be accepted by your stakeholders without too much drama.  However, from time to time there will be changes that you need to implement that will shake them to the core.  Things like your exit, merging the business, having to divest part of the business or downsizing due to a downturn need careful managing.  In this video we look at Kubler-Ross’ change curve can help frame an exit strategy.

Feel free to request the templates laura@thehiddenedge.co.uk. I am happy to share.

Please do share your experiences with these models in the comments below.  I am building a portfolio of small business case studies and would love to include examples of what has worked well for you.
