Disruptive Innovation

Disruptive Innovation is a term that was coined by Clayton Christensen. It describes a process by which a product or service takes root initially in simple applications at the bottom end of the market and then relentlessly moves up the market eventually replacing established competitors. In this video we are going to explore his model and how we might use Doblin’s 10 types of innovation to explore disruptive opportunities for your business.

Watch the video to get the gist of the background information.  Do feel free to request the templates I am happy to share.
