Cloyd and Goleman on Board Mentoring

This is one of three how to videos on business mentoring.  This one focusses on board mentoring.  For the small business there are four opportunities for board governance each supporting the business in different ways.  Cloyd helps to determine your position in board support.  Goleman’s model of emotional intelligence helps us to understand how we might engage the right support for business governance.
