I liked the form and I liked the words a lot. I’m going to try and learn some about “Ki” now with hopes that it doesn’t involve balancing on a rope like that.

Love this Six. The form and words read so well as a mantra. I practice breathing exercises to get centred, and lately to help me get to sleep easier.
