Flotsam and jetsam could disturb,

Whatever follows in your wake.

It would be good not to mistake

Those gems, (that had seemed quite superb),

May well shift, switch, and so perturb,

The ebb and flow of others work.

Moreover, distract and oft irk,

Sending ripples – nay bigger waves,

That send the team into their caves,

To avoid the overt knee jerk.
