When life throws at us, a curve ball,

And all we want to do is seethe;

Place the palm on belly and breathe.

Think what’s the worst that could befall,

Perchance it’s huge – maybe tis small.

Take time to calm down and embrace

The fate to find your happy place.

None of us is, without some fear …

When; thinking, we are close, quite near,

It might just be a wild goose chase.
