Be TRUE (Ch#11: Just One Thing)
Be curious and somewhat shrewd,
Chase anything worth your betting,
Keep knocking until you’re let in,
Stay focussed, direct, but not crude,
Not keeping in touch would be rude.
Says this eminent agent, Jew,
When in Hollywood take your cue,
It does not pay to be humble,
In the fame-game rough and tumble,
To yourself, however, be TRUE.

Chapter 11 – Summary from the Wisdom of Ari Emanuel
The Post has been inspired by If I Could Tell You Just One Thing by Richard Reed.
Over the 62 days, in December and January, my challenge is to share the learning from each of the 62 chapters; hopefully in a poem, but who knows? Follow my progress with the #JustOneThing Tag
Happy to explore what you make of the post in the comments below? 🙂
Happily, I can link this summary to the Ronovan Writes Decima Poetry Challenge #13 True
