The Productivity Triangle

Improving productivity is one of the key economic issues of our time in the UK. In principle there are many things we can do to improve our personal time management but this video explores how we embed the culture within the whole organisation.

1.Recognise the three aspects to the Productivity Triangle

2. Consider how you communicate the key responsibilities for each role/job/task within your organisation

3. Determine how much authority you will subscribe to individuals and teams. It will depend on their level of readiness.

4. Create an above the line accountability culture, where people are open to see the problems, own the problems, solve the problems and do something about it.
