Five Mindsets of a Manager

The five managerial mindsets that Gosling & Mintzberg have identified do not stand alone.  Juggling all the elements in running a successful business is a never-ending decision-making exercise.  Think global and work local; collaborate with others and watch the competition; produce results and nurture people; perpetually change and maintain order! It’s some challenge, but Gosling and Mintzberg suggest that managers who collaborate can weave these mindsets into a rich tapestry for business success.

Watch the video for background information about The Five Mindsets of a Manager, feel free to request the templates laura@thehiddenedge.co.uk. I am happy to share.
