Process mapping has become much more prevalent and understood in the business world in recent years due to software tools that can attach metadata to activities, drivers and triggers to provide a more complete understanding of processes. Process maps can be used in every section of your business to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

During this session we will:

  • Recognise Shewart’s PDSA Cycle
  • Use the Effectiveness & Efficiencies matrix to map deficiencies
  • Understand the language of process charts
  • Map a business process
