Lynch & Cross Performance Pyramid

The strength of the Lynch & Cross performance pyramid model is that it ties together the hierarchical business performance measures to business processes. It also makes explicit the external and internal interest factors. In this video, we also explore Johnson, Scholes & Wittington’s critical success factor considerations.

Watch the video for background information about Lynch & Cross Performance Pyramid, feel free to request the templates laura@thehiddenedge.co.uk. I am happy to share.

1. Using Lynch & Cross’s performance pyramid, determine what you currently measure across your business in terms of marketing and financial results.

2. Now consider each of the critical success factors in relation to your business using the six steps that Johnson, Scholes, and Whittington have identified.  They could be market or financially related.

3.  Finally, decide how you will communicate the Critical Success Factors within your business.

Please do share your experiences with these models in the comments below.  I am building a portfolio of small business case studies and would love to include examples of what has worked well for you.
