Weekly Smile – (3TC #685)
Phewee! I missed last week’s smile; I simply didn’t have time for so much as a wry grin! Boyfriend and I have been on the last few laps of several marathon projects we have undertaken over the past 18 months. Injuries aside; Boyfriend, put the final few licks of white paint on the outside of the house. I finished ‘placing’ in our completely renovated guest room; just in time for a visit from his younger daughter and her fiance. 🥴

To be fair most of the weekend we were too tired to ‘be’ the jolly host. But we did take the duo out for supper on Saturday and watched the final of the British and Irish Lions tour. Such a shame we didn’t win! 🥴
Whilst none of those marathon projects have been terribly romantic; we are planning on making up for lost time in the coming months. Franny, the new (to us) motorhome joins us this week and we’ve plans afoot for some serious rest and recuperation. 😉

Coming to the end of a marathon project is always good. The room looks great. Hope you do get a chance for a nice get-away in “Franny”.

Thanks Trent. I am a little over tired at the moment. I seem to be sleeping long but not waking refreshed. Does that sound like burn out???

Always thought I would not like light blue walls, but in this room the light blue with the wood colored closet is a great combination:) Emille (Jesh)
