Weekly Smile – (3TC #672)
I’m a day late writing my weekly smile because, yesterday we went shopping for the long mused over motorhome. Boyfriend and I have got to that age where, two-man tenting has lost its rugged appeal. ðĪŠ
I was under strict instructions from the main-man, that I was merely a bystander in this event. This purchase was his dream; paid for from his hard-earned pension pay out. ð
“Fair enough,” me thought; but … before he could protest about the price, I’d already started nesting!!! ð
Moreover, by the time we arrived home, we had two short get aways planned for August and September, and a ‘Bucket List’ trip to the Emerald Isle next July for my big birthday … (all subject to Covid restrictions of course).
Regardless, I don’t think Francesca (Franny for short) is going to waste too much time on the driveway ðĪ

Naming a vehicle is ESSENTIAL to its mechanical health and safety. ð
I am thrilled for you!

Oh my goodness, how exciting! Can’t wait to read about your adventures. I’m still tent camping, and I agree, there comes an age (and I’m getting there) when getting up from laying on the ground is more and more difficult!

To be fair, Dawn, we did upgrade to a tall, four man tent but it went up twice before the zip broke and so did Covid. We need so need a holiday!
