Caroline Brewer has a degree in Psychology and has worked in Human Resources Management for 35 years. For the last five years, she has been sharing The Inside Out understanding of how the mind works with businesses, schools, and on ‘open’ retreats. This understanding is a game-changer in mental health. It is her work with school children and youth that most inspires her. In her own words “they come to this understanding with less baggage and clutter so are much more open to fresh thinking than most adults.” Caroline has recently published a book called “More than you think”.

Julia Martineau has a degree in Health Science and much of her career has been spent in project and programme management, including 12 years running her own company.  Managing a programme of work needs a fully functioning team to deliver the work on time and on budget.   In the past couple of years, as Gen Z has entered the labour market, they have brought another dimension.  Currently, Julia has four generations on her team but in her view, it’s Gen Z that’s having the most influence on the company approach.

Paul Molyneux is a retired police officer having served London for 30 years in various roles within the police. He has inspired and motivated many young adults, engaging with them and diverting them away from crime and gang activities. Paul was the police liaison between Youth Offending whilst working in a youth court environment. He assisted in a variety of partnership schemes and programmes in an attempt to reengage young people and address their offending patterns. He has witnessed first hand the effects on young people who have been unwilling or unable to escape the spiraling cycle of crime.
