Feel free to request the templates email@example.com. I am happy to share.
1. Consider the type of meeting you intend to have. Key question … do you need to have a meeting to communicate what you want to communicate or is there a better way?
2. Consider how far down the problem solving route you are. Problem solving may require a number of meetings.
3. When you have decided on the purpose of your meeting, you can complete the rest of the meeting plan template.
Please do share your experiences with this model in the comments below. I am building a portfolio of small business case studies and would love to include examples of what has worked well for you.
