Price and Quality Dimensions

It is said that quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.  But what is quality to you and does it mean the same to me?  In this video we are looking at Garvin’s 8 Dimensions of Quality and a Price Positioning exercise – really useful for illustrating your position in the market place and where (if any) gaps are.

2. Decide the most appropriate quality dimension for each in your product or service portfolio

3. Determine the market position of your competitors based on the specific quality dimensions against price
