Watch the video for background information about Networking Scorecard, feel free to request the templates laura@thehiddenedge.co.uk. I am happy to share.
1. Plot the networking opportunities that are relevant to your business from an external and internal perspective
2. Adopt the networking scorecard to build a habit of planning what you’d like to get from going to a networking event, what you actually achieved and how you intend to follow through to build an ongoing relationship.
3. Review periodically, to ensure you are getting a good return on the time and resources you are spending.
Please do share your experiences with these models in the comments below. I am building a portfolio of small business case studies and would love to include examples of what has worked well for you.
