There is a business theory model,

The three legged sustainability stool,

Sadly, some folk do believe that it’s twaddle,

This balancing planet | people | profit tool.

Temptations rise; as the pandemic hits down,

True colours are shown, and more furrow the frown,

To look after oneself, much more than the we,

Yet what worth is living, if there is no thee?

  1. Beautifully explained! Loved this analogy of a stool….any difference in height if eitherbleg will leave the business wobbly. To take this a bit farther, Resources are like weight on the stool and it’s heaviness leaves too much stress/fatigue on the legs.
